What's going on here?

Hi everyone, thanks for visiting our website. I'm Kurt Ross, the founder of MetalTeeth and I'm trying to save the world. 

One of the biggest problems facing our planet is pollution. Shipping by land, air and sea is one of the most avoidable forms of pollution. Unfortunately, it seems that everything is being made overseas and then shipped to its destination.

Why is that?

Well, it's a long story!

In short, its because most countries have to pay workers a decent living wage, while some countries don't. Those countries then pay very low wages, have very low standards for quality of life and can afford significantly cheaper rates. Our governments condemn these countries for the way they treat their citizens, yet force local manufacturers to compete with them by doing nothing to slow the influx of cheaply made, poor quality goods from overseas. If you're in manufacturing you're probably nodding your head right now.

So how is MetalTeeth helping?

As a contract machinist with 18 yrs in the trades I've been in and out of every type of shop there is. The biggest issue facing most shops is downtime. Machinery is expensive and if it's not running, well that's an expensive problem.
